Meet June Clarke (DIP,AA/ASc(HON)BSc(HON)MBA) The Hotel Cook Turn Doctoral Candidate - June Clarke ( in white) is a graduate of Little London Secondary school, has no CXC or O-Levels worked in the Jamaican Hotel and restaurant industry for over a decade. June has always wanted to earn a Degree in Hotel Management. She learnt of WHI and enrolled in our Program. June would travel for 40 minutes ever evening to attend classes at WHI after work. She graduated from WHI and earn herself a scholarship to Hocking college in OHIO/ USA where she completed two Associate Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management and Culinary Chef Management, upon completion she graduated with Honours degree, she went on to work at Walt Disney and then on a further scholarship to the prestigious Florida International University /FIU , where she wrote a Bachelors degree and graduated with Honours she later return to Jamaica and worked as Acting Executive Chef with Super Clubs, Breezes Montego bay and Manager at Wyndham Rosehall, she then went on to pursue a Masters Degree in Business administration with Nova South Eastern University and is currently preparing for her Doctoral studies.
