Founder of the International cake Exploration Societe Mrs. Betty Joe- Stienman accepted the WHI Honorary Associate of Science Degree from Western Hospitality Institute that was presented by Minister of Local Government and Sports The Most Honorable Portia Simpson Miller. Mrs. Steienman was WHI special invited guest to the International cake competition/exhibition put on by Western Hospitality Institute in collaboration with Jamaica Association of Sugar Artiste.
